Triad clients can take comfort in the fact that the our Management staff averages over 21 years of experience as Professional Landmen in the oil and gas industry with the vast majority of this experience working one of the most difficult regions in the country – East Texas. Their experience spans from expertise in field land practices to in-house land functions. The combination of these backgrounds allows our Management staff to work as a team always exploring new and better methods of achieving the goals of every project.

Bill Jamison CPL – (Co-Founder)

Bill is a co-founder of Triad Land Services, LLC, brings 25 years experience in the oil and gas industry having spent the first 16 years as an in-house Landman with TXO Production Corp., Marathon Oil Company and Sonat Exploration. As an in-house Landman Bill was involved in every land relative function from the acquisition of oil and gas leases through the preparation of the division of interest schedules. Additionally Bill worked closely with geologists, engineers and administrative functions to ensure all projects achieved their goals.

David Krafve (Co-Founder)

David is a co-founder of Triad Land Services, LLC and brings 27 years experience in the oil and gas industry has experience across the U.S. including Texas, Montana, North Dakota, Wyoming and Alberta, Canada. David worked as an independent operator of oil and gas properties in Texas, Montana and Alberta, Canada. David has been employed as an independent Landman for major and large independent oil and gas companies acquiring oil and gas leases, State and Provincial (Canada) lease sales, obtained seismic permits for 3-D seismic, prepared title runsheets for both drillsite tract and unit tracts, lease take-offs, obtaining title curative materials, settled surface damages, negotiation and preparation of operating agreements, farmout/farmins and the preparation of division of interests and joint interest billings.

Tim Lewis

Tim brings 16 years experience as a Professional Landman in the oil and gas industry with the past six years working at Triad as a supervisor of Triad projects. Tim's extensive background in field landwork has allowed him to implement the best methods of achieving efficient and cost effective results for Triad clients. Tim's experience spans from performing all forms of title searches, negotiating and acquiring oil and gas leases, obtaining title curative materials and supervising projects involving multiple field Landmen. Additionally, Tim has experience in the acquisition of rights to implement 3-D seismic shoots. Tim has a special skill of effectively communicating with our clients and our field Landmen.

Susan Nichols

Susan brings 26 years of experience as Professional Landmen in the oil and gas industry and has spent the past three years working at Triad. Susan has experience in working most every county in East Texas and is a highly respected Landmen among her peers in East Texas. Susan's experience ranges from preparing lease takeoffs, negotiating and acquiring oil and gas leases and obtaining title curative materials necessary for the drilling of wells and supervising multiple Landmen preparing title runsheets for drillsites and units tracts, acquiring oil and gas lease and title curative materials. Susan has experience also in acquiring rights of way for both pipeline and highway projects. In addition to accomplishing these tasks Susan supervises Landmen acquiring oil and gas leases and obtaining of title curative materials. Susan has a special talent for training Landmen in proper land methods.

Dianne Wright

Dianne brings 27 years of experience as a Professional Landman in the oil and gas industry working in-house for TXO Production and Marathon Oil Company and has spent the past year working at Triad supervising projects. Dianne brings a special perspective to Triad with her in-house experience as she is able customize projects toward the needs of an in-house Landmen. Dianne has supervised projects for Triad clients coordinating the acquisition of oil and gas leases and preparing title for the drilling of wells for Triad's clients. As an in-house Senior Landman Dianne was responsible for completing all land functions for the drilling of numerous wells and was especially successful initiating and negotiating trades and preparing agreements with third parties.
